Parking

Discounted self-parking (rate valid for up to 12 hours) is available at Millennium Garages | Grant Park South (entrance ramp located at 325 S. Michigan Avenue). Visit millenniumgarages.com/rates and follow the steps below to reserve a spot:​

• Select October 29, 2026 as the date and choose your entry/exit times (OS26 starts at 9:00 a.m.) 

• Click the Grant Park South reservation option

• Type CHAOS26 in the "Add A Promo Code" box (under the order details) and click APPLY

• Complete all required fields

• Accept the Terms and Conditions

• Click Submit

Once successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from Millennium Garages with details about your booking.

Public Transportation

CHA Headquarters is within a reasonable distance from the Jackson Station (CTA Blue, Red, Green Lines), Washington/Wabash Station (CTA Brown, Green, Orange, Pink, Purple Lines) and Van Buren Street (Metra Electric, South Shore Line). CTA buses drop off at Michigan & Van Buren/Congress (#1, #7, #28, #126) and Michigan & Jackson (CTA #3, #4, #6, #26, #143, #J14, #X4).

While CHA has not reserved a hotel room block for sponsors and/or out-of-town attendees, we have compiled a list of nearby hotels for your convenience. Here are some options: 

• Congress Hotel: 520 S. Michigan Avenue

• Hilton Chicago Hotel: 720 S. Michigan Avenue

• Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel: 17 E. Monroe Street

• Hampton Inn Majestic Chicago Theatre District: 22 W. Monroe Street

 

Finding Us

The CHA Owner Symposium is located on the 3rd Floor of CHA Headquarters, accessible via the CHA Client Center entrance at 60 E. Van Buren Street. Signs and staff will be placed to direct attendees.
