Payment Details

We're excited to have your company join us at the 2021 Owner Symposium! Once payment is received, a CHA representative will reach out to discuss available exhibit booth location options as well as other details that will help make your participation in the event a success.

Important Information:​

  • If you signed up to sponsor, exhibit or advertise at the 2021 Owner Symposium by September 30, 2020, you will receive Symposium Week 2020 promotion for free! 

  • All exhibit booths MUST be set up and staffed during the designated time frames. Load-out can begin no earlier than 4:00 PM.
    Note: Sponsors/Exhibitors are welcome to attend the networking reception at 5:00 PM and stay until
    the event officially ends at 6:00 PM.

  • All exhibit booths include pipe and drape on the back of the 10' x 10' space (if necessary), one (1) 6’ table with skirt and two (2) chairs.

  • Extra exhibit booth elements, such as electricity and WiFi, and any delivery needs are available through
    the Hyatt or the Hyatt’s exhibition vendor for an additional cost and must be arranged and paid for by
    the sponsor/exhibitor directly.

  • All staff are welcome to available refreshments throughout the day. However, lunch is not included.

  • Sponsors/Exhibitors are welcome to all available refreshments throughout the day. However, lunch is
    not included.

  • Cancellations must be received in writing on or before August 20, 2021 for a refund.

  • All standard exhibit booth locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A CHA
    representative will reach out to discuss booth location once payment is received in full.

    Note: CHA will make every effort to give exhibitors their preferred location; however, we cannot
    guarantee standard exhibitors will get their first choice.

  • Sponsors/Exhibitors are solely responsible for supplying CHA with all materials related to the purchased sponsorship level (i.e., logos, contact information) by the deadlines requested.

We use PayPal to process credit card payments. Choose your desired sponsorship level from one of the drop-down menus below, enter your company name, and click on the "Buy Now" button. You will be redirected to our PayPal payment page to enter your payment information.
