We're excited to have your company join us at the 2026 Owner Symposium! Once payment is received, a CHA representative will reach out to confirm and discuss details that will help make your participation in the Symposium a success.

Important Information​

All sponsor tables MUST be set up and staffed during the designated time frames. Load-out can begin no earlier than 2:00 PM.

All exhibit spaces include one (1) 5’ table, two (2) chairs and WiFi.

Sponsors are welcome to all available food and beverage throughout the day, including lunch and afternoon snack.

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before August 28, 2026 for a full refund.

Exhibit spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A CHA representative will reach out to discuss table location once payment is received in full.
Note: CHA will make every effort to give sponsors their preferred location; however, we cannot
guarantee that Bronze Sponsors will get their first choice.

Sponsors are solely responsible for supplying CHA with all materials related to the purchased sponsorship level (i.e., logos, contact information, flyers, promo items) by the deadlines requested.

CHA (and its contractors) use PayPal to process credit card payments. Choose your desired sponsorship level from drop-down menu below, enter your company name, and click on the "Buy Now" button.

You do NOT need a PayPal account. When prompted, simply click "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" instead to proceed without creating an account.
