We're excited to have your company join us at the 2026 Owner Symposium! Once payment is received, a CHA representative will reach out to confirm and discuss details that will help make your participation in the Symposium a success.

Important Information​

​

• All sponsor tables MUST be set up and staffed during the designated time frames. Load-out can begin no earlier than 2:00 PM.

​

• All exhibit spaces include one (1) 5’ table, two (2) chairs and WiFi.

​​

• Sponsors are welcome to all available food and beverage throughout the day, including lunch and afternoon snack. 

​

• Cancellations must be received in writing on or before August 28, 2026 for a full refund.

​

• Exhibit spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A CHA representative will reach out to discuss table location once payment is received in full.
  Note: CHA will make every effort to give sponsors their preferred location; however, we cannot
  guarantee that Bronze Sponsors will get their first choice.

• Sponsors are solely responsible for supplying CHA with all materials related to the purchased sponsorship level (i.e., logos, contact information, flyers, promo items) by the deadlines requested.
