We're excited to have your company join us at the 2023 Owner Symposium! Once payment is received, a CHA representative will reach out to confirm and discuss details that will help make your participation in the Symposium a success.
All sponsor tables MUST be set up and staffed during the designated time frames. Load-out can begin no earlier than 3:00 PM.
All exhibit spaces include one (1) 6’ table with skirt and two (2) chairs.
Extra exhibit elements, such as electricity and WiFi, and any delivery needs are available through
the Hyatt or the Hyatt’s exhibition vendor for an additional cost and must be arranged and paid for by
the sponsor/exhibitor directly.
Sponsors are welcome to all available refreshments throughout the day, including lunch.
Cancellations must be received in writing on or before March 31, 2023 for a full refund.
Exhibit spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A CHA representative will reach out to discuss booth location once payment is received in full.
Note: CHA will make every effort to give sponsors their preferred location; however, we cannot
guarantee that Bronze Sponsors will get their first choice.
Sponsors are solely responsible for supplying CHA with all materials related to the purchased sponsorship level (i.e., logos, contact information) by the deadlines requested.
