We're excited to have your company join us at the 2019 Owner Symposium! Once payment is received, a CHA representative will reach out to discuss available exhibit booth location options as well as other details that will help make your participation in the event a success.
All exhibit booths MUST be set up and staffed during the designated time frames. Load-out can begin no earlier than 1:30 PM (Regency Foyer) and 3:30 PM (Prairie).
Note: Sponsors/Exhibitors are welcome to stay until the event officially ends at 4:30 PM.
All exhibit booths include pipe and drape on the back of the 10' x 10' space (if necessary), one (1) 6’ table with skirt and two (2) chairs.
Extra exhibit booth elements, such as electricity and WiFi service, are available through the Hyatt’s exhibition vendor for an additional cost and must be arranged and paid for by the sponsor/exhibitor directly.
All staff are welcome to available refreshments throughout the day. However, lunch is not included.
Cancellations must be received in writing on or before August 23, 2019 for a refund.
All standard exhibit booth locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note: CHA will make every effort to give exhibitors their preferred location; however, we cannot guarantee standard exhibitors will get their first choice. In addition, booth reservations are NOT guaranteed until CHA receives payment in full.
Sponsors and exhibitors are solely responsible for supplying CHA with all materials related to the purchased sponsorship level (e.g., printed flyers, digital logos and correct contact information) by the deadlines requested.

If you'd prefer to pay by check, please complete the registration form that is included in the 2019 Sponsorship Opportunities packet (click the button below to download) and mail it along with your check to the address on the form.
